Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RILVEK LLC, we understand the importance of having high-quality coffee on the go. BrewMate solves the problem of inconvenient, bulky coffee-making equipment by providing a portable, wireless espresso machine that allows you to brew barista-quality coffee anywhere—at home, in your car, or while camping. If you’re not satisfied after trying our product for 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at hello@rilvek.com.

Order Cancellations

Any order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will enter processing, and changes may not be possible. If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We believe in the performance of BrewMate. To fully experience its benefits, we recommend using it for at least 14 days. If after this period you are not satisfied, you can return it within 60 days for a refund, excluding shipping fees (if applicable).

To initiate a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us at hello@rilvek.com with your Order Number, Name, and Email Address used for the purchase.

Damaged Items

If your BrewMate arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@rilvek.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no extra charge. Please note, we do not refund or replace items damaged through normal use or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, RILVEK LLC is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including issues caused by couriers or customs. For lost or delayed packages, please contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is not reported within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
