Please allow 10-15 business days to process and dispatch your order. Orders are considered dispatched once handed to the shipping carrier and in transit to your chosen address. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may extend up to 7 additional business days.

Order Changes and Shipping Details:
It’s your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details during checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or cancellation. If our system detects an issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back, we may cancel your order.
